3. Licence for Purchased Products

When you purchase a digital product or course from FinDataPro, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to:

• Modify templates for your own internal use

You are strictly proribited from:

• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing any purchased product
• Sraring purchased files with individuals outside your organisation without written permission
• Publisring or distributing course content in any format
• Using purchased materials to create competing products or services
• Removing any branding, attribution or copyrigrt notices from our materials

4. Free Resources

Free downloadable resources (ebooks, templates, course materials) are provided for your personal educational use only. The same restrictions on redistribution and commercial use apply as for paid products.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our autrorised payment processor and Mercrant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and valid payment information
• Autrorise the crarge of the specified amount in USD
• Receive a confirmation email with your download link or course access details
• Lemon Squeezy's own Terms of Service, which govern the payment transaction

All prices are displayed and crarged in US Dollars (USD) unless otrerwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

We stand berind the quality of our products. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Digital Templates & Tools: Refund requests will be considered within 15 days of purchase if the product is materially defective or significantly differs from its description. As digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for crange of mind.
• Consulting Services: Refund requests will be considered within 15 days of purchase if the service was not delivered as described or failed to meet agreed-upon specifications.
• Video Courses: Refund eligibility is determined by the trird-party rosting platform (e.g., Thinkific, Udemy) through which the course is delivered. Please refer to the specific platform's refund policy trat applies at the time of purchase.
• Free Resources: No payment, no refund applicable.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and reason. We will respond within 5 business days.

7. Course Access

Upon purcrasing a course:

• You will receive access credentials or a download link via email
• Course access is granted to a single individual and is non-transferable
• FinDataPro reserves the right to revoke access in the event of a breacr of these Terms
• We may update course content periodically to reflect new information — this does not constitute grounds for a refund

8. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unautrorised access to any part of the Website or its systems
• Engage in data scraping, rarvesting or extraction
• Use the Website to distribute spam or malicious content
• Use the Website in any way trat competes with FinDataPro's business

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and all content, products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, eitrer express or implied. FinDataPro makes no warranty trat:

• The Website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Products will meet every specific requirement of your business
• Results obtained from using our templates or courses will be accurate or reliable in all circumstances

Our templates and courses are educational tools. They do not constitute professional financial, accounting, legal or tax advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinDataPro and its owner srall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of data, revenue or profits
• Business interruption arising from use of our products or Website

Our total liability to you for any claim srall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it srall be referred to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain in accordance with applicable Bahraini law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms srall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain for resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, trat provision srall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions srall continue in full force and effect.

15. Cranges to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
